At Kraft Real Estate Property Management we want you to feel secure in knowing we are available for issues that arise. We provide 24/7 access for emergency needs and we have an effective system in place for routine, non-emergency repairs and maintenance requests.

Kraft Real Estate Property Management wants to hear from you and will follow up on the repairs and maintenance to ensure the job is complete.

At move in, we perform a move-in/move-out inspection for proper documentation of the condition of your rental. This ensures that there are no questions regarding the condition of the property prior to move in and at move out.

Your security deposit is held in a FDIC insured bank at no interest in a separate trust account.

Our property manager will personally review your rental agreement with you to ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities as referenced in the lease.

1. Why should I rent from Kraft Real Estate?

We are a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous property management company. We work very hard to provide the highest quality resident services you'll ever experience.

  • We use professional vendors (painters, handymen, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc) to ensure that your unit is in good condition. We inspect the work performed to ensure that everything is ready before you move in.
  • We are available 24 hours a day to handle emergency maintenance repairs.
  • We provide detailed Move-in and Move-out Inventory forms for proper documentation of the condition of your rental.
  • All deposits that are retained by us are kept in a FDIC insured bank.
  • When you sign your lease, you have a meeting with your property manager to go over all parts of the lease to help ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities under the lease.
  • All our property managers are licensed real estate professionals according to state requirements.

2. How do I apply to rent?

Check out our Rental Requirements then search for your rental. When you find the right home click on the Apply Now tab in the rental search, complete our online application form and submit it to us along with the application fee for the property you want. We'll process it and let you know the results.

3. Will I sign a lease?

Depending on the property, you will sign a 12 month lease or a month to month agreement that covers the responsibilities to each other throughout our tenancy. We will go over each part of the lease to ensure you understand it. After your application is accepted, your deposit is received, and your lease is signed, we'll hand you the keys to your home!

4. What if I have a maintenance request?

ALL non-emergency requests for maintenance in Kraft Real Estate Property Management managed buildings MUST be in writing in order for us to provide required written language regarding access to your unit.

If you are a tenant in a Kraft Real Estate Property Management property we ask that you please submit a written maintenance request. This can be performed by submitting one of the following forms: Online Maintenance Request Form or Written Maintenance Request Form (via US Mail, Facsimile or Drop-Off). If you require maintenance that is NOT an emergency, please complete a maintenance request form and we will process it as soon as possible. Please note that non-emergency maintenance requests are processed on a first come first serve basis. All tenants will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24-48 hours.
